There is a CFPM preparing the food, but the food is then delivered to the facility, where it is distributed to the children. A CFPM should be on site whenever food is being served. Have a teacher complete Certified Food Protection Manager training by January 12, 2023. Send proof of training to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net by January 12, 2023 or a follow up will occur after that date. - 2-102.12: (A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Refrigerator in the Infant Room temped at 48F. The thermostat was set at 5. The thermostat was reset to 1, 15 minutes later the refrigerator temped at 50F. Have refrigerator serviced or repaired. A follow up inspection will occur on or after Friday, December 15, 2023. Do not use refrigerator until a follow up has been performed.
